I unfortunately had to cancel my Boho Braids appointment because my flight to ATL got cancelled, but I’m writing this review to talk about my booking and phone consultation experience. I booked online with Tee and the questionnaires were already thorough, but Tee wanted to make sure she understood what I wanted so she emailed and called me to ask me exactly what I wanted. She is professional and kind, even offered to buy the human- hair add ons for me because I told her I was coming straight from the airport. She sent me a picture of her actual work and was very transparent about pricing. I was really looking forward to this hair appointment but unfortunately I have to postpone for a future time for when I’m in ATL next. I will be returning because of her excellent customer care!
